Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply to all events presented by Lafond & Associates, LLC, Swift Match and Intentional Interactions located at 50 8th Ave SW, Largo, FL 33779 from here on are known as the “The Organizers”. People attending these events are known as the “Participants”.

All Participants shall be 21 years or older and SINGLE (Single is defined as Divorced, Widowed, Never Married and not currently living with nor in a relationship). Any information the Participant provides to The Organizers shall be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted. Participants shall obey all applicable laws and regulations while attending The Organizers’ events.

The Organizers are NOT a matchmaking service. This is simply an opportunity to meet local people in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. Although we ask some basic screening questions, The Organizers do not complete background checks on any Participants. Therefore the Participants are completely, and solely, responsible for their interactions with any other Participants they meet at these events and make any arrangements to date or any other types of meetings arranged.

The Organizers hold no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between Participants that meet as a result of The Organizers’ events. The Organizers is also not responsible for the Participants’ actions and choices that the Participants make. The Participants will NOT hold The Organizers responsible for any incident, accident, or injury the Participants may sustain at any event, or from direction or suggestions by The Organizers. The Participants hold the Organizers harmless for any and all actions or incidents resulting from any other Participants.

The Organizers are not responsible for the outcome of any matches and do not assure that any Participants have presented complete or truthful information. The Participants make all choices regarding who the Participants contact or follow up to contact. The Participants give their personal information at their own risk, just as if they met the Participant on their own. Participants exchange any personal information at their own risk. Any investments, monetary donations, or exchange of funds are of your own volition, and not condoned by The Organizers. The Organizers suggest not giving money to anyone until a stable relationship is established.

The Participants agree to keep all communication and contact private. The Participants will not disclose the names of other Participants to anyone. The Participants will not forward any communication, content of any communication, or information to anyone without permission from The Organizers. Further, the Participants agree NOT to initiate any claim whatsoever against The Organizers as a result of any of The Organizers’ events or other activities and that the Participants take sole and complete responsibility for any actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

The Organizers reserve the right to take pictures of the group and any Participants and use them for social media, advertising and marketing purposes without any retribution from the Participants displayed in the pictures.

The Organizers reserves the right to reject any Participants’ registration, RSVP and may reject admission to any of The Organizers’ events for any reason whatsoever. If registration has been rejected, their status will be changed to “Not Allowed”, and be banned from all of The Organizers’ following events.

By confirming your order, you, the Participants, acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all of these terms and conditions.
If you do agree, you will not be allowed to participate.
